Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Every product is inspected and packed with care before we send it out to the post office.

Our default shipping method is carried out through Canada Post, which will transfer to your local postal service for final delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. You can view the shipping cost before completing your purchase during the checkout process. Orders over $88 CAD automatically qualify for free shipping across Canada and USA.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At C2 Mounts, we value your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES ELIGIBILITY
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of delivery confirmation. Items must be in brand new, unused condition. All original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories, must be included.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items returned in used or damaged condition will not be eligible for a refund. Returns that do not include all original packaging may be subject to fees in addition to the restocking fee. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns to ensure their safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost return deliveries.
RESTOCKING FEE
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returns.
SHIPPING COSTS
Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
REFUND PROCESS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within your bank's policy. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our return policy.
